Let’s be real, happiness isn’t something we finally get when everything is perfect.
It’s something we practice in the middle of real life: the busy days, the messy moments, the transitions, the proud moments, the celebrations, and the trying-to-hold-it-all-together seasons.
And so much of it begins with connection: to ourselves, to each other, to our communities, and to the things that give our lives meaning.
Happiness is not one-size-fits-all. Neither is the work.
I bring the science of happiness, wholebeing, and human flourishing to life through coaching, speaking, facilitation, and consulting — always with a focus on practical tools, meaningful connection, and real-life change.

A world where people feel more connected, more engaged, more purposeful, and more equipped to care for themselves and each other.
A world where kindness is practiced, community is strengthened, and happiness is understood not as a luxury, but as a way of living, leading, learning, and becoming.
I guide people, teams, and communities to explore happiness from the inside out through happiness studies, positive psychology, coaching, teaching, and the science of human behaviour.
Rooted in SPIRE, my work looks at the whole person: spiritual well-being, physical vitality, intellectual growth, relational connection, and emotional resilience. Because we are not one-dimensional beings, and our happiness isn’t either.

Rooted in the SPIRE framework, my teaching helps learners explore the whole person: spiritual well-being, physical vitality, intellectual growth, relational connection, and emotional resilience. Whether it’s a one-hour session, a multi-week syllabus, or a full curriculum, the goal is to move beyond information and help people turn insight into practice, connection, and lasting growth.

As a certified Laughter Yoga Leader — and someone whose high school claim to fame was apparently “laughing too much” — I offer playful, energizing sessions that use laughter, breath, movement, and connection to help groups loosen up, feel lighter, and reconnect.
Laughter Yoga can support mood, reduce stress, encourage deeper breathing, and create a shared sense of connection — all without needing jokes, yoga mats, or downward dog.
Just real laughter, real connection, and a surprisingly good mood boost.

Mingle & Marvel is Canada’s first Happiness Centre — a welcoming space where individuals come to cultivate proactive, wholebeing happiness.
